AROUND LANGFORD

Langford is off the beaten track, but only just so... we're found just 3 miles from the M5 motorway.  That means you ​get to relax in a serene slice of Heaven while still being easily in reach of the entire southwest of England.

Explore the footpaths directly outside your door, engage with wildlife around you, and indulge in a delicious meal at our local country pubs; if more adventure is required it only takes a moment to find it.

FARM SAFARI

The local's favourite - and not just for kids!! -  speak with Farmer Mark in advance to book in a private farm safari for your whole family.

lOCAL PUB & GRUB

You'll never go hungry and want for a drink round here.  The Plymtree Shop is 3 minutes away and supplies a selection of local farm fresh beef, pork, and chicken as well as staple supplies.  There is also a large Tesco and Aldi 5 minutes away in Cullompton.

FOR THE KIDS (AND ADULTS)

The Bear Trail is an adventure park 2 minutes away.  This assault course will prove a challenge for kids and their parents, and provides a muddy good time for both!

Wild Escot is a unique experience and offers a great family day out. A zoo, indoor and outdoor play and lovely cafe!

Crealey Adventure Park has over 60 rides and attractions set in over 100 acres of glorious Devon countryside. Over 100 animals, 30 outdoor attractions and a variety of other activities to choose from.

Diggerland makes all your construction fantasies come true.   Operate and drive full sized machinery including diggers, tractors and dumpers.

Yarak Birds of Prey is a private falconry centre, but private bookings are available for those who want a firsthand experience of flying and handling wild birds of prey.

THE DONKEY SANCTUARY

The Donkey Sanctuary give lifelong care to over 6000 donkeys and mules around the UK and Europe. Based in Sidmouth, Devon it is open year round.

DARTMOOR & EXMOOR

We are so lucky to have Dartmoor and Exmoor, two of the most beautiful National Parks in the UK, just down the road. Dartmoor and Exmoor both have their own unique characters... Dartmoor is a wild, wide-open place filled with mystery. Exmoor is more craggy and filled with secret, hidden treasures such as Tarr Steps.

BEACHES

Devon is blessed with some of the best beaches in the UK.  Beautiful sea is edged by soft sand, or rolling pebbles.  Fish and chips are always on offer, but make sure to save room for fudge and ice cream!
