GETTING HERE

From M5, junction 28.

Turn left off slip road into Cullompton, turn left on to high street at traffic lights, drive down through town until you hit the roundabout at bottom. Take a left at roundabout, drive about two miles, come to a pub on left called Merry Harriers. Turn left at the pub, drive about 1 mile. Drive past 4 red brick cottages, following the road around until you come to our farm on the left (you'll see two tall green towers).  Go past the first drive which is the working farm entrance, and take next drive on left after 50 yards. You'll see Langford Lodge at the top of the drive. Go thru a fence signed Langford Court South. Parking for The Lake House is signposted from the drive.
